What do you think of the decision to prevent Kyle Maynard from participating in the MMA?

After earning a formidable reputation as a high school wrestler - winning 35 matches at varsity level and placing in the top 10 in his state tournament. He is now studying Jiu-Jitsu and wants to compete in MAA. He indicated that he knows and understands the sport and believes he can compete on a part with other MMA practitioners, but the GA State Commission refused to issue him a license.
What do you think of that decision?
Do you think there should be limitations placed on adult individuals of sound mind who want to try out MMA events?

Ich denke it' s f?r dignity' s-Grund. Kyle Maynard ist ein erstaunlicher Mann, der un?berwindliche Hindernisse ?berwunden hat, besonders in der Athletik. Jedoch w?rden die meisten Kriegsk?nstler sich sehr f?hlen, sehr unbequem, diesen Kampf nehmend.
