Why do boxers and MMA trainers wrap hands different?

Not everyone is universally going to agree on one wrap just the same way not everyone is universally going to agree on anything even within each sport. There is more crossover between wrapping the three than you would initially think and I would venture to say most in the world of boxing wrap in between the fingers, I would think very few don’t.
Knuckle (meta carpal) protection isn’t actually the most important thing in hand wraps, especially for most boxers who only use their hands, it’s actually more important to secure the wrist and the carpals as they’re the the most likely to suffer from repeated abuse.
I' ve die letterlijk over dozijn manieren wordt gezien om de handen te verpakken. Ik leid voor MMA op en verpak altijd mijn duim. Enkel hebben de verschillende mensen verschillende voorkeur.
